Canadian behaviors for rookies.

The Canadian people are friendly, but here I give you some important things that every visitor should know when spending time in the country and its people.

When you meet a local for the first time, it’s common to shake hands to introduce themselves, and may shake hands before departing, as well. This greeting can be used in formal or informal situation. But don’t be surprised if your local friend gives you a short hug, especially women. The kissing remains are reserved for family or lovers. It could be considered extremely rude and offensive to no respond to shake hands with someone after they extend their hand to you.

In terms of social coexistence Canadian people feel uncomfortable if don’t keep a personal space, so be prudent and try to keep your distance, they are known as a very polite person so gestures mean a lot for them, so when you are talking with someone, it's perfectly acceptable to make eye contact, and can consider rude if you don’t do it , Canada is not a nation with a lot of obscene or offensive gestures. In general, most rude hand or body gestures are done knowingly, and can be easily avoided as a result.

If you keep these points in mind, you’ll have much fun and comfortable visit.

Short tips to have a good trip to Japan by Abraham

Like Korea, Japan is a country with a very unique culture, visitors can feel uncomfortable by the rules, social norms, and interpersonal relations that exist there.

Foreigners visiting Japan are not expected to be familiar with Japanese etiquette, but knowing a few basics will go a long way in helping you adapt to local customs and avoid making cultural gaffes. So If you're planning to travel to Japan, here are a few cultural faux pas you should know.

1. Visit during cherry blossom season

You might be surprised to learn that the glorious cherry blossom, seen adorning postcards and tourist brochures from across Japan, actually only blooms in the country during the sakura (cherry blossom) season.

Running roughly from the end of March to early May, it can be the most expensive time to visit, but it’s also when Japan is at its most enchanting and vibrant. Sakura is so prized that there’s even a word for enjoying looking at it (and other flowers): hanami. Walking through parks, you’ll notice crowds gathered for hanami parties, picnicking under trees.

2. There’s no need to tip

In fact, it can be seen as rude, and if you do tip, you may find yourself being chased by a waiter, thinking you've left your change by mistake. An alternative, if you take a guided tour or cookery class, for example, is to bring a small present from your country as a token of your appreciation.

3. Be polite

Foreigners have a reputation for being noisy in Japan, especially on public transport, so be respectful; it’s impolite to answer your phone, and, if you’re listening to music, turn the volume down low. It’s ruder in Japan to blow your nose in public than a sniff, and avoid eating on the go.

And now, Things you should never do in Japan.

1. Don't break the rules of chopstick etiquette.

You should never stick your chopsticks vertically in your bowl of rice because in their culture do this resembles a funeral ritual. another piece of advice for this action is when you want to pass food to another person, never do it with your chopsticks because this is another taboo for them.

2. Don't wear shoes indoors.

If you're visiting a Japanese home, your shoes should be immediately removed once you're through the door. “Outdoor” shoes are considered unclean.

3. Don't blow your nose in public.

Blowing your nose in public in Japan is considered to be uncouth. Find a bathroom or another private place if you have to do it.

4. Avoid loud phone conversations while on public transit.

Japan is not frequently seen people using their phones on public transport because they are so quiet so it's not common for them, but If you have to use your phone in a public area, move to a quiet place with few people around.

5. Don't point.

Pointing at people or things is considered rude in Japan. Instead of using a finger to point at something, the Japanese use a hand to gently wave at what they would like to indicate. When referring to themselves, people will use their forefinger to touch their noses instead of pointing at themselves.

And that's it, remember always be polite and don't disturb them.

British Pub Etiquette

Round It Out

Those travelling to the United Kingdom for the first time will discover that pubs are a central aspect of British culture. So if you plan to board a plane to the UK in the coming months, you should go to a pub at least once, but make sure to follow the rules of pub etiquette in order to enjoy your time there.

The first thing you have to know is that pubs do not provide table service: orders and payments are made at the bar. So you have to go up to the bar to buy your drinks, and carry them back to your table. If you are part of a large group, then it is common to ask someone to help you bring back the drinks without spilling them. But you’ll have to find out what everyone wants before you approach the bar to purchase drinks for the group. Tipping bartenders at pubs is not expected and is quite unusual.

When asking for a draught beer it will be assumed you want a pint unless you say otherwise - you can also ask for a half pint. But you have to specify exactly the type of beer you want. If you’re not sure what to ask for, a lager is a safe, middle-of-the-road choice. Or, you can ask for a ‘soft drink’ if you don’t drink alcohol.

One un-British aspect of pub etiquette is the lack of queuing. To get served, you must attract the attention of the bartender without yelling or making any too-obvious gesticulation like waving wildly. You can simply make eye contact and smile to catch the barman’s eye. That’s all that is necessary to ensure that you have been noticed and will be served in your turn. Because, although there is no visible queue at the bar, there is a virtual queue in the head of the bartender seeing who arrived in what order.

If you’re drinking with British people this is very important: Buying a round of drinks. It is common practice, for groups of friends or work colleagues to take turns buying rounds of drinks for everyone at the table. If someone has bought a round for the group, including a drink for you, you’ll be expected to reciprocate the gesture by buying at least one round for the people you’re drinking with. This is an unspoken rule that should ever be broken.

If you keep these points in mind, you’ll have a more enjoyable visit to pubs in Britain, and, even if you don’t drink alcohol, you may come to like them and go again. Cheers!

HOW TO WORK AS A TEAM

When we are talking about having a good team, how do you imagine or think a good team and functional is? Well, I'll present to you my own opinions about being a good team.

First I have to clarify something about having a good team; 1. Is not difficult and it's because sometimes we are not into it, we imagine that, oh they're so different to me and how can I work as a team if they're not the same as me, well it's normal in a team to have a different kind of minds and the fact is when you and your team think about how to make something, you need to have different opinions to choose the best way and then do it as a professional team.

2. Communicate, every day, everywhere, good communication is at the heart of great teamwork. Great teams communicate well and often, their members are happy to share ideas, brainstorm together, ask for feedback, and be contradicted. But be careful in the case you contradicted them, you should be polite and sensitive with them because they have feelings and don't get frustrated if their ideas are not good, it's very important to your team to have different opinions.

3. Establish team rules “Rules?” I hear you thinking, “that doesn’t sound fun at all.” Think again. Rules don’t have to be a dampener, but they do have to exist to keep everyone aligned. How can we forward together if we don’t know where we stand? Rules will safeguard the success and productivity of a team.

4. Celebrate. Like recognition and gratitude, celebrations don’t have to be big, but they should be frequent. By doing this, you’re weaving them into your team’s culture and the benefits will become lasting and more impactful.

You’re also reminding people that your goals are achievable and worth striving for, which will keep motivation high. For example, you can go out for dinner or drink in a bar on Fridays, go to a place that makes them feel peacefulness and happiness.

To sum up, having a good team is a challenge where you and your partners have to create a good relationship strong and respectful, is constant action and sometimes can't be possible but is an adventure.

So are you ready to work as a good team?

TRAVELLING IN SPAIN

If you are going to travel to Spain, these are tips you need to know before visiting it.

Firstly, Learning some lingo is a good idea. Questions such as ¿Dónde está…?, hola, buenos días and gracias, are always appreciated by locals.  Spaniards eat late, they eat lunch between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and dinner any time after 9 p.m. The north of the country is actually full of lush green landscapes and be pretty rainyYou can drink the tap water and use the public transport network, as well as the inexpensive bus lines, the subway and buses are a good option. On the other hand, tipping isn´t a big deal although, for fancier meals, a 10 percent tip could be left.  You can expect a free bite when you order a drink in most places, you do not have to pay for this. Pickpockets can be a problem so make sure to take particular care of your valuables for your own good. Spaniards are extremely friendly and helpful, and they also like to dress up.

Finally, if you want to make the best of your trip, keep these tips in mind to really enjoy it.

HOW TO CONTROL YOUR TEMPER

To control your temper is necessary to start being aware at every moment of your life, of what you are thinking, what your behaviour is, what your emotions and feelings are ... When you become aware of them, you can already choose the behaviour that you want to have. It is a bit complicated, however, it is worth it, why? because as comfortable and happy as you feel is what you will radiate around you and receive.

First of all, Meditate every day, meditation calms the mind and body. You don't have to spend a lot of time in meditation, fifteen minutes a day is enough to start quieting the mind. Respect, as much as you have towards yourself, you can have towards others. Compassion. means reacting to the suffering of others, supporting them. When you can feel compassion for yourself without hurting yourself, without being offended, you are being compassionate to yourself. Be responsible for every action we do, to stop blaming others for everything we live.

Finally, If we want to control our temper, we must begin to be aware of ourselves and feel empathy with others, remembering that we all have stories and experiences engraved within us, which triggers the manifestation of our behaviours.

Set small goals each day to be self-aware at all times.

One of the great qualities of man is to control himself.

How to have a good marriage

Do you feel that happiness has faded in your marriage?  If you can’t imagine how you got to this point and wonder how to have a good marriage, here are a few tips to help you get through.

First of all, in order to live a happy married life, it is essential to accept your spouse the way they are. If you’re feeling angry or upset because of the way they deal with different matters in life, you need to sit down and take a few deep breaths to calm yourself down. It’s not always easy to see past minor annoyances, and at times you may even hate your partner. But to have a happy marriage you have to accept your partner’s strengths and weaknesses and be able to set realistic expectations. For example, if your strength is your good memory, don’t get angry if they forget special dates. Instead, make it your job to set reminders in different ways. If their strength is cooking, they can manage meal planning instead. That’s how I manage to deal with my husband forgetting our anniversary.

Second, it’s important to share common interests and have fun together so that you can strengthen the bond and evolve together. Whether it’s a love of travel, a strong desire to build a family together, a dedication to a common cause, or even just watching your favourite TV series together, these experiences can help you to connect with your spouse and enrich your relationship. Personally, I’ve found that volunteering at the church on Sunday mornings has helped us to increase our bond by creating a sense of connection.

Last but not least, you need to be kind, respectful and understanding of your spouse. If you are critical and judgmental it usually ends in defensiveness and resentment. So to keep things happy within the marriage, avoid swearing and attacking your partner’s behaviour when you're upset. Even better, before arguing about anything, - for example, who will clean up the dishes after dinner- you might say something like, “what about if I cook and you wash the dishes tonight? How does that sound?” In doing so, you'll show a team-work attitude and appreciation for their co-operation.

With these ideas in mind, you can help avoid marital discord, and you might even get closer than ever. After all, this is supposed to be your soulmate, right?

How to be a good leader?

When you think about a leader you think in a special Pearson? Like someone extraordinary? If the answer is yes… what made them special? Exists a secret to become a leader? This is considered outside the boundaries of mortality?

The truth is the majority of big leaders they taught to be, with support, right principles and motivation anyone can become a great leader. Many great leaders started a young age to learn how to lead.

All leaders are managers in some way, but not all managers are leaders. Become a great leader is to understand that leadership is more than a position and making smart decisions to be someone worth following, and the key of all involves an exceptional emotional intelligence.

Being a leader is a huge responsibility, and people will expect that he/she is ready even in a new situation, and that’s the secret, a leader is prepper to affront the challenges no matter the scenery, first a great leader knows how to obtain the trust of their employees, then being behind the pressure and stress that all involves, like the managing difficult people for example.

But what we need to be a great leader? wellexist many styles of leadershipbut some characteristics are commonthey use to be a good listenerthey know that listening is the key to great communicationleaders are constant learnersthey always hope to learn from other people’s experiences and they know how to prioritize the important things so that’s keeping focused

So, a great leader doesn’t have to be extraordinary, you just have to build a solid culture where one is able to help the team grow and fulfill its true potential not because they have to, but because they want to because they’re committed to your cause.

How to make decisions

I´m pretty sure that you always make hard decisions in your life, from deciding what to wear to choosing who you'll marry, each of them has a different level of importance in your life but they always have consequences which will result in good choices and bad decisions. We have some advice which can do to help you make better decisions

First of all, don´t fear the consequences, we usually make decisions about our life in which we decide important things like what time to take breakfast, where to live, how much money to spend on our birthday, etc. In each case, we imagine how the outcomes of our choices will make us feel, and what the emotional consequences of our actions will be. We usually follow the option that we think will make us the happiest. This kind of thinking, in theory, is fine but the problem is that we are not good at all. People frequently overestimate the impact of a decision.

Second, go with your gut instincts. It is tempting to think that to make good decisions you need time to systematically weigh up all the pros and cons of various alternatives, but sometimes a snap judgment or instinctive choice is just as good.

Next, consider your emotions. You might think that emotions are the enemy of decision-making, but in fact, they are integral to it. Our most basic emotions evolved to enable us to make rapid and unconscious choices in situations that threaten our survival. Emotions are clearly a crucial component in the neurobiology process of choice, but whether they always allow us to make the right decisions is another matter. If you try to make decisions under the influence of emotion or pressure it can seriously affect the result.

Finally, limit your options. We frequently think that more choice is better than less. the idea that while we think more choice is best, often less is more. The problem is that greater choice usually comes at a price. It makes greater demands on your information-processing skills, and the process can be confusing.  With these ideas in mind, you can deal better with making decisions and probably you´ll make better decisions after these. Don´t be afraid, go with your gut instincts, consider your emotions and limit your options. These are the processes that help you to make better decisions.

MANIPULATION OF IMAGES IN ADVERTISING, IS IT JUSTIFIED?

In order to make a message stronger, there is no right or wrong answer unto whether the manipulation of media photos is actually something that should carry on happening . Some people think it is wrong to change the way people look, nevertheless others believe that the changing and manipulation of media photos is all part of the media process and they acept it.

First of all, these changes are motivating references within the parameters as long as individual values are included to improve, for example, the quality of life. Indeed, through them it spreads physical characteristics, lifestyles, ways that can somehow promote to those who observe them. Moreover, this action can be beneficial if it is used with the intention of promoting individual values in society. Even when it is unrealistic, people are more likely to compare themselves to these images due to the excessive exposure we have to them.

Although it could also affect the person making them feel worse by not being able to get the image they observe.  Furthermore, we live in a current society that consists of a high percentage of people living with high body dissatisfaction and the manipulation of images in media could potentially increase this percentage.

I am convinced that at young age, teenagers, for example, are very impressionable and can become frustrated with the "ideals to achieve" that they often see in these types of images. It seems to me that this type of technological actions must be regulated, otherwise, they will continue to contribute to the disorientation of individuals, especially those who are still forming their personality.

Can idealised images of models in media have a positive effect on ordinary people?

Social media has become very popular over the last few years. On one hand, it has helped people to communicate and keep in touch with friends and loved ones. However, it also has brought a lot of idealised images of models that every day are posted and shared for everyone to see. Regarding the late, it is argued whether these images can help people somehow or, on the contrary, have a negative effect on them. This brief essay will present what research suggests.

Since the number of “likes” is considered a measure of success, many celebrities work very hard to post images of them looking happy, healthy and in good shape. It is difficult to say if this is really the case, but it certainly attracts millions of people who enjoy thinking that it is possible to be just like them. Especially female undergraduate students, as some research suggests. They reported to have felt encouraged to take care of their bodies by exercising, eating healthy food and motivated to wearing fancy clothes.

However, recent research also showed that young women were in the worst mood and feeling unhappier with their appearance after they made social media comparisons. They even started thinking about doing unhealthy weight-loss activities. These findings are consistent with other research suggesting that envy, depression and body dissatisfaction are related to social media appearance comparisons. Although these studies only tested young women, research suggests there may be similar patterns for men and people of different ages.

In my opinion, it depends on the mental health and maturity of each person on how they take the idealised images that are posted on social media. If someone feels that their self esteem is affected by those images, it may be a good idea to unfollow the celebrity or friend who makes them feel unhappy.

The Top models in social media have a positive effect on teenage?

According to different sites on internet, the social media are interactive technologies that based on create and sharing of information and other forms of expression via virtual communities and networks. In our days are more common the uses a lot of teenagers are present in the media, but like all in live this have a positive or negative effect and the results are particularly significant.

Many platforms could be lifesavers for teens who feel isolated or marginalized, particularly LGBTQ teens or who have problems at home. The impact of social media is closely linked to depression too. But whats are the impact that top models have in the young people?

It depends, but the experts affirm that social media influencers offer parents golden opportunities for teachable moments, and she suggests parents do research on the personalities their children are following and watch content together.

Concerns about the positive or negative impacts of social media influencers are nothing new. Parents in the 1950s fretted over this new kind of music called rock and roll, like now the parents do with internet models. It is many social media influencers with positive messages about health life, body positivism or social activism, also for the teens the know of these persons can help to socialize with others.

Conversely many mental and nutrition disorder are linked to achieving life and image that usually show almost impossible to achieve. Bringing dissatisfied people and the worst the loss of life that this entails for not meeting expectations.

The cons are extremely serious but not so common. And the good things are more besides that for me it all depends on how you want to use it in your life as an inspiration or an obsession.

Images of models in Media is a positive effect on ordinary people.... or not?

Negative things:

Usually, women use to compare their own appearance to famous people and think they’re less attractive than the images they see when they look at these attractive images on social media. Although these comparisons can make women unhappy with their appearance and put them in a bad mood. Given body dissatisfaction is an important predictor for eating disorders, we need to know if some types of comparisons are worse for people’s body image than others.

And the effects might be different depending on the social media platform, as some are more image-based than others. Those that rely on images, like Instagram and Snapchat, provide people with more opportunities to make appearance comparisons and may be more harmful to women’s body image and mood.

 Positive things:

Social media can positively impact body image in several ways. Health and wellness, fitness, and plant-based food accounts can all be inspirational models for some users. Through these frameworks, social media users can maintain a healthy and positive outlook on their body image. Recently, the organization Eating Disorder Hope detailed how social media can potentially benefit the way women feel about their body image. Further, social media can help some users navigate the heavily stigmatized topic of body image with different support groups available across different platforms.

To summarize the effects can be different (positive or negative) depending on the person, for example in my case I don't usually compare my body with famous people because I think that my body is normal, Nevertheless, I have a friend who always compares to models and she hates her body because is not skinny so I think that if you're a person who loves your body you'll never be affected in this situation.

The media and life of public figures

News and information on current events are some of the few most important things people look for every day. Reading the daily newspaper is as important as coffee in the morning, where huge headlines catch the interests of the readers. But what delivers this precious news? Media, the plural forum of the medium, describes any channel of communication and is used to spread important news and update the people.

Media focus on different areas, one of them is the area of journalistic ethics which involves exhaustive fieldwork on group behavior in the processes for obtaining information, much less on media harassment of public figures. for example the diffusion of a photograph of Princess Diana in the Italian magazine Chi. The black-and-white image showed Diana, unconscious or already dead, while someone is giving her oxygen. They have been plagued with rampant sensationalism, unanimously condemning the diffusion of photographers. Perhaps It's hard for a normal private person to imagine the stress, anxiety, or oppressiveness caused by the constant harassment of reporters. Although it may be simply a form of virtual entertainment, the truth is that paparazzi are obstreperous.

On the other hand, Journalistic practices are really trying to find out the truth (information, the news story, etc). They have a significant role to play in responsible research and innovation. addition, keeping the public informed about leading scientific discoveries and engaging the public in authoritative clear debates about different kinds of issues.  However, media tools can be used to increase the exchange of information and knowledge.

To sum up, I think that celebrities have been victims of rough harassment. They deserve the same kind of privacy as a normal private person. However, the media has been one of the most important things in this world: they give us new information essential for the construction of important events and creating a perspective about facts. The final result will depend on the intention of the journal. Moreover, public figures are the principal stereotype for a lot of people so it's important to know about them and the type of person who has been.

That will be a problem!

One year ago I was planning to travel to Monterrey to turn out to cheer my favorite basketball team but I came across a big problem and my plans had been canceled. Anyway, I decided to continue planning the way I could travel to Monterrey but It looked impossible, however, I wasn't going to give up so I started to research Airbnb (on them, some people put you up for a few days and It's cheaper than a hotel). After some days I found a family who was available to accept me (You must be careful with this because some people came across as good people but they aren't). so my place in Monterrey was ready, now I just need to get a flight. I called a lot of travel agencies but they didn't get me what I wanted even though I put up with an angry manager. I was giving up until I received great notice. Aerolineas Mexico brought out a new plane and just for a short time the flight will be 70% off (I was really happy because this notice took me back when I traveled with my father, he used to be lucky with flights). Well, finally everything was ready and the big day had arrived. I put on a red skirt which brings out the color of my eyes. It turned out that It was for women, anyway I was really happy to waste time so I arrived at the airport and I said everything will be okay big mistake! I took my words back! My flight was delayed and I got lost at the airport. It was a mess! But finally, I boarded my flight and arrived in Monterrey!.

Your cousin's flat sounds excellent. I'd love to come if it is in the city centre or on the outskirts.

I'll be able to stay for three days, and I will book a flight once I know the concert dates. I can't  wait to hear more about it.

All the best,

 Tablet or personal computers??

I've been trying to know which is better, but is a difficult decision because both are similar and can use it for many things and easily work, so now I'll to explain to you my several opinion and the specifications of both.

Tablets are more portable and better for casual activities such as browsing the web, watching videos or playing mobile games.

Laptops are better when it comes to productivity thanks to their more powerful hardware and more feature-rich software.

Furthermore both are convenient. So now If we focus on more specific functions laptops can be good substitutes for desktops when it comes to PC gaming, although a desktop will always present better value when performance and cost-effectiveness are concerned.

Conclusion: I really like the facility of the tablets are but if you're looking for something fast and professional you'll probably need a personal computer. In contrast you can buy a tablet if you don't have much money.

REVIEW OF A PRODUCT

I've been using a Xiao product wich is a phone and I absolutely love it, but why? Probably because the function is simple but advance and can help you with a lot of things, the best of the product is the price, you have access to buy it because is cheaper than others

The model of my phone is Redmi Note 10 is an excellent upgrade over its predecessor and overall, it's one of the best phones you can buy for this price, and that's why I really recommend it. It has a great screen, offers good performance, and has a long battery life.

COMPARING... Carmen

To begin with computers sales, it can be seen that in general sales have increased.

Neverthless, If we compare the sales of tablets and personal computers, it is obvious that the increase is registered on Tablet sales as there is almost no difference in sales of personal computers,  figures show only a slight variation between 2010 and 2011. On the other hand, there is a significant difference in the sales of tablets regard to personal computers in the same period with an increase of 84% in just one year.

It is probably this tendency continues, and as time goes on, people decide to buy a tablet instead of a personal computer.

A PRODUCT... Carmen

First of all, my daughter had given me a pair of tennis shoes, that´s why I decided to buy some sandals, they were really comfortable. I could have been walking for hours and my feet "wouldn´t have known"

My mother has three pairs and she always says how comfortable they are.

They were from the Skecher brand, something that had made me love them, has been that they are light as well as extremely comfortable, a quality that is worth too much today.

They are made with Memory Foam technology, it behaves differently depending on the temperature it is at and also, when it is cold it is harder and when it is hot it becomes softer.

Although they are expensive, I think they are worth their price for the characteristics that they present compared to other types of footwear that I have ever used.

Definitely , Skechers are my favourite shoes since I first wore them.

Report.

For the other side the table also shows information about tablet and laptop computers, and we can see how the increase has behaved, in this case the increase for laptop computers  were only 2%, which is almost no difference in sales of laptop computers. This is a slight variation between 2010 and 2011, on the other hand tablet computers  there are significant differences  in tablet computers sales over the same period with an increase 84% in one year.

This 84% is even superior to the  success of smartphones in the same period, that means that the most success increase is por tablet computers,  even when the cost almost always is superior to smartphones.  But the numbers show that smartphones had 480 million units  in contrast with  35 million for tablet computers, so actually if you compare smartphones and tablet computers, smartphones still win because the sales had more units sold.

Review of a product:

*****

The product is a matte lipstick “Super Stay” from maybelline, I star to use because I miss wear a lipstick but with the pandemia become literally impossible, so almost for a year I give up with  wear, or maybe just in my home or for any zoom reunion, but I saw a “Influencer”  who talked about, and I decided to try, and I really love it, because de color is really natural but stay all day with me and the party in my face mask is over, there is not mask stained and if I go for a restaurant, take a coffee in the office, I feel very cool with my lipstick actually even if only me can see my lipstick I really feel happy and comfortable. Maybe the only bad thing is that even the next day the lipstick will stay on my face, I really have to focus on taking off my face.

But if you miss wearing lipstick, ando you don't want to have a mess on your face, it is a really good option, and there are plenty options

Report.

 Tablet computers and computers.

To begin with, the table shows an interesting  difference between the tablet computers and personal computers sales. The sales in 2010 for tablet computers were 19 million units  compared to 346 million units  of personal computers, showing the big popularity of these products. In the next year both increased their sales but personal computers still had the highest sales per unit. That can be confusing if we look directly at the table because it shows the 84% of tablet computer sales increase in comparison  for the  2% of personal computers, this percentage throws the tablet computers as the best sellers of 2011.

Conclusion

It appears that despite the fact that tablets have the greatest increase in sales, this is not the most sold product, mobile phones have that position even though it suffered a decrease. However, it can be observed that smart telephones and computers will continue to increase their sales, and that personal computers maintain a somewhat frequent sales level.

A product review.

I'm now in my fourth set of shields and have been in love with their results. As a sneaker fan, I always cared about taking care of my tennis. A specific type of material is very delicate like leather tennis shoes, it tends to wrinkle with use. This product helps prevent wrinkles on the front of the shoes. What I like the most is that they are easy to use and you only need one pair. The pairs are cheaper and very and of very good quality, and as I said, they keep your shoes like new, the only drawback is that when you use them for the first time they are a bit uncomfortable because you need to adapt. Hence I highly recommend them.

Computers and phones´ reports

Similarities between tablets and personal computers´ sales

There are considerable differences between tablet computers and personal computers sales, for example, in 2010 tablet computers were 19 million units in comparison with 346 million units of personal computers. However, one year later tablet computers have increased by 16 million units but personal computers only have 9 million units becoming tablet computers on the best sale of 2011 with an exponential increase for the next few years. Moreover, smartphones and mobile phones have increased significantly with 59% in one year and computers at 86%.

Conclusion

It appears that sales differences between computers and phones which have a relatively high impact on new generations and they prefer the new technologies more than phones which are useful. Next year could be a new era for tablets and computers.

Recommendation!

Hi! I use to go to Gorilas´ barbershop, which is in Nora Quintana, where it has existed for 5 years and it´s only for men. Here you can ask for any haircut and Christian, the host will value your head and hair to decide if it is a good option or not. What I like the most is the service that Christian offer you. Firstly, if you're a new customer, he talks to you trying to understand what you want, then he explains to you everything that he will do to finally give you your haircut. Moreover, Christian has become my favorite barber and I´ll be his client for a long time. Even when I forgot my wallet he gave it back to me and everything was inside it. If you go with Christian, believe me, that you won't regret doing it. You get more than a haircut, you get a new experience and earn a new friend. However, I invite you to try it. Highly recommended!

I had been looking for a good sunscreen for my face and I heard that Sunscreen ISDIN fusion water is a very good product and is one of my favorites for skin care, it was also recommended by my dermatologist.

What I like the most about this product is its high protection, UVA and UVB, the dry touch, that is oil free, the safe-eye tech (it doesn´t irritate your eyes) and the oil control. What I like the least is the price, because it is about $500 Mexican pesos.

In my experience this sunscreen absorbs quickly, leaves your skin soft, smooth and doesn´t  leave your skin greasy.

I have tried several sunscreens but none worked for me until I found Sunscreen ISDIN fusion water. I really recommend it, it's my favorite.

CHOOSE A SUMMER HOLIDAY

CARMEN CALDERÓN

A group of adults were asked about how they choose a summer holiday, giving a score from 1 – 10 according to the importance they give to seven factors considered in that activity.

Despite the fact that although both groups obtained the same score in “price”, “Good local food” and “friend recommended it”, the graph shows results  of six, eight and seven respectively.

Men place greater importance on “attractive advertisement” and “sport facilities” even though the difference compared to women is only three and two points out of ten.

Women place greater importance on “near water” with a difference of three points with respect to men.

Taking everything into consideration, there are not, however, significant differences between the scores of men and women, the highest being three points which was obtained on “attractive advertisement” and "near water".

Adults need to play as much as children do, RIGHT??

Play helps develop and improve social skills:

Social skills are learned as part of the give and take of play. During childhood play, kids learn about verbal communication, body language, boundaries, cooperation, and teamwork. As adults, you continue to refine these skills through play and playful communication. For example, your brain comes more healthy and intelligence, your body resistant increase. Oscar (a friend work) said me that when he came a dad he usually used to get disgusted because they never could play with his friend, but when his son grow up they began to play with his son and now he’s more happy than before.

Play can heal emotional wounds:

As adults, when you play together, you are engaging in exactly the same patterns of behavior that positively shape the brains of children. These same playful behaviors that predict emotional health in children can also lead to positive changes in adults. If an emotionally insecure individual plays with a secure partner, for example, it can help replace negative beliefs and behaviors with positive assumptions and actions

In the other hand, could you let your children take the lead? Well you'll become  part of their game rather than trying to dictate the play. In pretend play, let your child call the shots, make the rules, and determine the pace of play. Ask questions and follow along—you’ll likely get drawn into imaginative new worlds that are fun for you, too.

However, to sum up I think people between 30-60 have to try this options to dessestres in daily life, so don’t worry about your age and just play like children do and be happy, the life is one and you  decide how to living.
