Adults need to play as much as children do

It is known that one of the best parts of our life is the childhood, the world offers many of interesting things, the health is the best that we will have, our brain function is in the top of, and our imagination can solve all the problems if we want. But what happen when we grow up? It could be possible to enjoy like we did as a child?

To start with, no one said that because we are adults, we cannot enjoy all the things that we enjoy when we were children. In our days many of us focus so heavily on work and family commitments that we never seem to have time for have fun. Sometime between childhood and adulthood, we stopped playing. When we have some leisure time, it is more likely to zone out in front of the TV or computer than engage in fun, rejuvenating play like we did as children. But play is not just necessary for kids; it can be an important source of relaxation and stimulation for adults as well

In fact, we forget to play and the benefits that this brings, when we play release of endorphins, natural feel-good chemicals. According to the experts’ endorphins promote a sense of well-being and can even relief pain and stress. In fact, we forget to play and the benefits that this brings, when we play, we release endorphins, natural chemicals that make us feel good. According to experts, endorphins promote a feeling of well-being and can even relieve pain and stress. In addition to this, many of the activities related to the game present a challenge for the brain that, in the long run, prevents memory problems and improves the brain system.

At the same time is shows that playing help to interaction with family or friends, and ward-off depression. The board games are a great option to be entertained, work the brain, and forget the stressing life or play with our pets stimulate the endorphins chemical. All of this supports the view that there have been positive changes in adults that enjoy the life like a child, but in the other hand many of their do not take the risk for fear of embarrassment or judgment.

In conclusion I agree that adults need to play much as children do, it is not a law that we cannot play as we grow, even though we are busy with the daily routine. I feel that if we grow playing our physical and mental health it could be better that never, and more of us it will be happy and peace with live we life.
