Adults need to play as much as children do, RIGHT??

Play helps develop and improve social skills:

Social skills are learned as part of the give and take of play. During childhood play, kids learn about verbal communication, body language, boundaries, cooperation, and teamwork. As adults, you continue to refine these skills through play and playful communication. For example, your brain comes more healthy and intelligence, your body resistant increase. Oscar (a friend work) said me that when he came a dad he usually used to get disgusted because they never could play with his friend, but when his son grow up they began to play with his son and now he’s more happy than before.

Play can heal emotional wounds:

As adults, when you play together, you are engaging in exactly the same patterns of behavior that positively shape the brains of children. These same playful behaviors that predict emotional health in children can also lead to positive changes in adults. If an emotionally insecure individual plays with a secure partner, for example, it can help replace negative beliefs and behaviors with positive assumptions and actions

In the other hand, could you let your children take the lead? Well you'll become  part of their game rather than trying to dictate the play. In pretend play, let your child call the shots, make the rules, and determine the pace of play. Ask questions and follow along—you’ll likely get drawn into imaginative new worlds that are fun for you, too.

However, to sum up I think people between 30-60 have to try this options to dessestres in daily life, so don’t worry about your age and just play like children do and be happy, the life is one and you  decide how to living.

Carmen

Due to this pandemic, to have friendships on line has been a survival option and the result has been beneficial to feel accompanied because Friendship is a human need. For example, life has changed as much as relationships, and being isolated we were able to focus on another aspect, the great value of friendship.

People may feel uncomfortable when they meet a new person, then may feel less  intimidated through social media, since they may not know you physically which allows not to be judged or criticized.

It is true that during these times, more and more individuals meet and make friends online.

the new generations have more confidence in the Internet and believe, support and trust Internet Friends, the important thing is the social emotional connection.

To sum up, It is true that during these times, more and more individuals are meeting and making friends online, the important thing is how honest, respectful and responsible that friendship is. Now I am sure that there are real friends online.

Adults need to play as much as children do

Did you know that play gives you more life? The main reasons for adults participating in sports were for physical and mental health benefits. However, the results of a variety of investigations of people who play had been found to have a better quality of life. For example, David, who is a businessman, never takes time to get relaxed. That's why he needs help from a psychiatrist, psychologist, and sleeping pills to have a better quality of life. On the other hand, Dayana, who is a ten years old girl, plays all day with her toys and her biggest problem is to decide how she's going to dress their dolls, never get stressed. Do you know what´s the difference between David and Dayana? No, it's not the age. Dayana usually plays which helps her to destress which means she is happier than David who is always working. But, Had you ever sat in front of a park and watched children playing and having fun? They are not thinking about problems or what they are going to do later. They only live the moment. Is a fact that play gives you happiness and gives you a few more years of life. The Journal of Sport and Health Science in a recent investigation about adults' health has demonstrated that older people who play get a better quality of life and are happier than their partners who don´t. Think about it. How much time do you spend at the office/ home working? How many hours do you take for yourself? When was the last time where you didn't think about your problems? People spend around ⅓ of their life working; they are around 90,000 hours over the course of a lifetime. and if you don't take time to play, you´ll be a frustrated person who will never be happy and will be stressed all the time. Remember, a healthy brain gives you a healthy solution. Start with a few minutes to investigate activities which you can do at home, later you can go out and find a new hobby, eventually, it will become a habit and finally, it will be part of your life. Be happy as children are. In conclusion, the games give you a lot of benefits and I absolutely agree with people who decide to be a little happier than the rest. Are you going to be part of them?

Adults need to play as much as children do

It is known that one of the best parts of our life is the childhood, the world offers many of interesting things, the health is the best that we will have, our brain function is in the top of, and our imagination can solve all the problems if we want. But what happen when we grow up? It could be possible to enjoy like we did as a child?

To start with, no one said that because we are adults, we cannot enjoy all the things that we enjoy when we were children. In our days many of us focus so heavily on work and family commitments that we never seem to have time for have fun. Sometime between childhood and adulthood, we stopped playing. When we have some leisure time, it is more likely to zone out in front of the TV or computer than engage in fun, rejuvenating play like we did as children. But play is not just necessary for kids; it can be an important source of relaxation and stimulation for adults as well

In fact, we forget to play and the benefits that this brings, when we play release of endorphins, natural feel-good chemicals. According to the experts’ endorphins promote a sense of well-being and can even relief pain and stress. In fact, we forget to play and the benefits that this brings, when we play, we release endorphins, natural chemicals that make us feel good. According to experts, endorphins promote a feeling of well-being and can even relieve pain and stress. In addition to this, many of the activities related to the game present a challenge for the brain that, in the long run, prevents memory problems and improves the brain system.

At the same time is shows that playing help to interaction with family or friends, and ward-off depression. The board games are a great option to be entertained, work the brain, and forget the stressing life or play with our pets stimulate the endorphins chemical. All of this supports the view that there have been positive changes in adults that enjoy the life like a child, but in the other hand many of their do not take the risk for fear of embarrassment or judgment.

In conclusion I agree that adults need to play much as children do, it is not a law that we cannot play as we grow, even though we are busy with the daily routine. I feel that if we grow playing our physical and mental health it could be better that never, and more of us it will be happy and peace with live we life.
