I’m not the type of person who likes strong experiences, I always try to escape from them, but sometimes they are necessary to feel alive. One day when I was in the adventure park, I was walking and watching all the amazing things they offered, all over the place, but I was wondering if I would take the risk to enjoy the big roller coaster. My brother and my cousin wanted to go with coster stuff and they tried to convince me to take the ride with them, and I agreed. While we were in the line I was completely frightened. Once on the ride I experienced anxiety and at the same a joyful feeling of freedom and to be honest, it was the most incredible animation and setting I have ever enjoyed. Now it is an experience that I definitely recommend because it helps to release all the toxic energy and forget all about your problems to take pleasure in the present moment. Riding on the roller coaster will make you feel like a child again.

AN ADVENTURE
FORUM ENTRY
About 6 years
ago I took a trip to the Riviera Maya with three friends, it was a trip only
for women. At that moment I realized
that people need various social groups and we can all be enriched with them.
We decided to do
something like parachute. My first
reaction was to say No, but since I am learning to take risks, I decided to
live the experience after my friends spent several minutes trying to convince
me and another friend to get on.
The staff in
charge helped us to put some life jackets on and some harnesses that would
adjust to the parachute and the
parachute ride began. I felt excited and with an extraordinary sense of
freedom.
While
"flying", I really enjoyed the ride and did not feel any fear.
When I came down,
I realized that my fear was unfounded. I was completely relaxed.
I really
recommend the adventure, it is a way to overcome unfounded fears and I am sure
you will enjoy it.

Lets escape
Something I think everyone should try, at least once in their lives is very simple, draw while listening to music, drawing makes you express your feelings in a very personal and abstract way, the coolest thing is that it is still going to be art because it's original, it's something that is created by your own mind, and is an expression of your own thought to the rhythm of the song which will guide you through every stroke you make. You don't need to be an expert, just let your hand move freely in any directions it wants to, you can put colors if you want to. As you finish your masterpiece you will feel totally proud of it, trust me. It will also have a very special meaning to you whenever you look at it, or you can burn it or rip it all apart if you want to, it doesn't really matter.
The main objective of this (activity) is to unburden all that you’ve got inside your mind (for example, feelings of loss, sadness, anger, frustration, stress, happiness, gratefulness, etc.). This for me is one of the best ways to escape that we could take to relieve and free our very own selves. Draw whenever you need to, the times you need, using the color or shapes that you want. Just let yourself get rid of it if it's bad, or express it in the best way if you are feeling great, happy, over the moon or any other feeling.

Are celebrities bad for our children?
Since
the beginning of society, role models have been existing and from our childhood,
we tend to idolize our parents and by the time we have grown up, we tend to
admire other people, like celebrities for example, but what happens when these
modern celebrities are not precisely role models.
On one hand, not all modern celebrities are poor role models, like Malala
Yousafzai has faced several problems in her young lifetime, fought even death
caused by a murder attempt in her own bus school. We also need to take Emma
Watson into consideration because she may be recognized by her role of Hermione
Granger in the saga of Harry Potter but beyond being the pretty girl on the screen,
she also is a Goodwill Ambassador for U.N. Women who made a strong speech and
said it to make conscience for all the people who do not see the problem of
feminism which as a word has been used badly, to describe and patronize women.
While there
are good types of role models it is also true to say that bad role models
predominate the world. On the other hand, we can find through all internet
people who make their life as they want but in progress, their appearance or
look gives society a bad impression. People now idolize mediocrity. Let’s take
for example the girls who make videos playing games, which they are called
streaming clothless almost scratching to porn. There are already consequences
in our children caused by the recent artist that sings purely trash pretending to
be cool. Unfortunately, kids seem to like these good role models and tend to
imitate them making tok-toks acting like dumbs just to get the approval of their
friends. The worst thing is that most of the young people nowadays are doing this
worthless lifestyle and the most annoying is that they get paid a big amount of
money and people who studied college, master’s degree or even a doctorate can´t
find a job with a good salary.
So
modern celebrities are a curse or a blessing? Well, in my opinion, I´d say that
likes to destroy genders. The way you find your own role model relies on you
and as parents, you should be aware of what kind of people your children
follow.

HEALTH VS FAST FOOD
We are living difficult times in terms of health, yes, we
are living a pandemic which is caused by a deadly virus which has not only
caused damage to our health but has also affected other important aspects of
our life such as the economy, our daily activities, mental health, and many
others. Having said that, I would like to take up the subject of food, you may
wonder, what does food have to do with this? Well, certainly a lot, a good diet
is vital to develop a resistant immune system which will be able to fight this
virus with better weapons and resist so as not to die. From my point of view,
fast food and junk food have made our diet garbage and that causes us to have
fatal health and leaves us exposed and vulnerable to a very powerful virus.
Thinking about the negative things that could arise if fast
food were prohibited, it is clear that the main affected are those who produce this
type of food and workers in these industries who would be unemployed. As for
consumers, we would be affected by the fact that we are already very used to
eating this type of food and it would take a change and adapt to the flavors.
On the other hand, let´s try to think about what was the
objective of implementing fast food, I think it is clear that this was due to
the public demand to obtain a meal that would save time and could continue with
their activities, over time it was adapted so that people began to enjoy this
type of food and had a resounding success, even replacing traditional foods.
We also need to take the terrible consequences of consuming
fast and junk food into consideration and knowing this, the questions would be,
how can we fight against the negative side of fast food? Is the solution to ban
it? Why do people continue consuming it knowing how harmful it is?
Personally, I believe that we must have nutritional
education in which we can understand the effects that we suffer from consuming
fast food every day won’t be immediately, these effects will be long-term but
very difficult to fight and control it. It is important to be aware of what we
feed our body and understand that it is the only one we have our whole life.

Should university education be free for everyone?
I vividly remember those days when public universities were free for anyone. If I close my eyes, the flooding memories come back. I was always going to study hard before a test; as sooner as I got a high grade, then smoothly I could let my hair down until the following test arrives. The testing week was a nightmare, but it just lasted one short, yet intense, period each semester. It appeared at that time to be hard, the boring all-day-long school with narrow-minded teachers now seems a piece of cake to me after having to work in an office with the pressure to make a name by myself. Had I known how everything would have changed for the worse, I would certainly have taken more courses at school to climb the social ladder more easily, instead of going straight to a job as soon as I got my certificate. Many things are undoubtedly getting unbearable when I set back the drawbacks, having to pay to get well education is one of those.
Those who
are in favor of fees in public universities argue they help to increase the
quality of Education. Moreover, from what people can gather, is evidently how
expensive gets the annual budget in this field. Difficult though it may be, the
following generations will be facing the fact to afford the scholarship with
their resources. The more one person knows, the more he might need during the
process; those expenses cannot be taken from taxes, it is important to consider
that. One advantage of this perspective is that it would bring a whole
different kind of students and future professionals, while they are learning
the ropes, they will get their overlook. Thus, they would not be tempted to
follow their gut feeling, instead, they would feel obliged to acknowledge
immediately if they are in the proper career or if they wish to do anything
else. As far as we all are concerned, people should never have to pay for
others’ mistakes. The benefit of this new policy is that people would never be
anywhere near to keep asking us for paying their impossible dreams.
Nevertheless,
the danger of allowing students to achieve degrees on behalf of the citizen’s
taxes is a commonly held perception. Those who react to how the budget is
maladministered by white-collar functionaries usually neglect the common field
of the areas where they are not pundits. Some journalists have an axe to grind
whilst they are pursuing to sell newspapers, though they seemed to forget, as
it has happened in the mists of time, how was the family net only two
generations before. All the new policies on Education over Y Generation, which
has been best-known with a good deal offensive language, such as lazy people; reject
to accept some hard facts. Never before one income at home has meant nothing to
provide for a family. The previous educational system was a bunch of couch-potatoes
well-paid by the State who presumably were teachers; these youngsters are asked
to do more than they actually can. Surrounded by the finest technology
available through the internet and mobile phones, this entire generation is
being pushed to give the extra mile to accomplish the greedy dreams of the X
Generation.
In
conclusion, should we pay the university to these youngsters? Yes and no.
Seeming easy to give permits to everybody, to have a big enrollment is a
different animal. While being humanitarian is acceptable, is also true to be
realistic. Education nowadays needs a significant amount of funds, giving all
the responsibility to the State would degenerate on social problems because of
the many other fields where it invests. Furthermore, young students need to
learn how to make strong commitments with those who afford their Education. One
way to solve this trouble is by making them pay a small fee for every partial
test, as the old saying says: beggars can’t be choosers! By having 90% of
scholarships for free, the rest should not be a worry. In a hypothetical
scenery where they are not qualified enough to keep studying, or, if by chance,
they had personal issues to solve immediately, at least they would know that
schools remain where they could return whenever they choose; youth-only happens
once and is when we are pushed for time trying to enjoy life. All in all, we do
not need many professionals, just the finest. If I may add a personal thought,
to my knowledge, quality never comes in quantity.
